   PUBLIC APPEARANCES

I love to share the history of both the Mountain Dulcimer (one of only two "stringed instruments native to North America.) and the immigrants that were responsible for their creation.  (The Scots-Irish of the Appalachian area of the U.S.)

I can arrange anything from an informal coffee hour, slide show presentation or live lectures, (all with time built in for question and answers)  or something else if you have an idea.

I am willing to travel pretty much anywhere in western Washington to accomodate your needs.  Target audiences can include but are certainly not limited to)

                      Musical groups or classes

                           Church Groups or Musical Departments

                                  School Classrooms

                                        Historical Interest Groups

I do not charge for these appearances and do not require a minimum number of attendees.  All I ask is that you make necessary arrangements for a time and place to meet and handle inviting your group,

If you know of a group that might be interested in a presentation of some kind, please contact me and we can talk about the possibilities.
